Gap between upper and lower dies of soft material: material thickness ×(8%~ 10%), and gap between upper and lower dies is 0.48 ~ 0.6 mm

Gap between upper and lower dies of hard material: material thickness × (8% ~ 13%), and gap between upper and lower dies is 0.48 ~ 0.78 mm

1 ~ 3 mm, gap between upper and lower dies

3 ~ 5 mm, gap between upper and lower dies (5% ~ 8%) × t

Hard material thickness (t)

1 ~ 3 mm, gap between upper and lower dies (6% ~ 8%) × t

3 ~ 8 mm, and the gap between the upper and lower dies is (8% ~13%) × t.
