After receiving the traffic accident alarm, 1 minute preparation, 2 minutes to leave the car, to provide professional on-site rescue and ambulance for the injured. The radiotherapy area of the center includes all urban areas in the city. At present, the "Center" has set up first-aid points in Binhe Road, Shengli Street and other areas, further improving the first-aid ability.
Treatment and rehabilitation: Taiyuan People's Hospital has set up a traffic accident guidance desk, a green emergency channel and an expert emergency team, and established a one-stop service system for the treatment and rehabilitation of the wounded, which mainly includes emergency department, neurosurgery, orthopedics, general surgery and rehabilitation center. Zhang Benliang, former vice president and orthopedic expert, and Liu Xueli, former neurosurgeon of the First Hospital of Shanda University, were hired as business guidance.
