Try to describe the causes, prevention and treatment of abdominal incision dehiscence.
(1) Causes of incision dehiscence: ① malnutrition and low tissue healing ability; ② postoperative abdominal pressure increased, such as abdominal distension and severe cough; ③ Abdominal suture technique has some shortcomings, such as loose knot and tearing peritoneum.

(2) Prevention: Take corresponding measures according to possible reasons, such as improving nutritional status before operation and emphasizing the fine suture technique of relaxing abdominal wall. For patients who are likely to have such complications, the following measures can be taken: ① Using tension-reducing suture during operation, that is, adding full-thickness abdominal suture on the basis of sewing abdominal wall layer by layer; ② Timely treatment of abdominal distension; ③ It is best to lie on your back when coughing to relieve the sudden increase of intra-abdominal pressure caused by the sudden drop of diaphragm when coughing;

④ Abdominal bandaging; ⑤ Prevent infection.

(3) Treatment measures: If the abdominal incision is completely or partially cracked, it should be sent to the operating room immediately, and the full-thickness intermittent suture of the abdominal wall should be made with thick silk thread or alloy wire under aseptic conditions. Gastrointestinal decompression should be used because of abdominal distension and intestinal paralysis.
