2. Physical examination and political examination. 3. Professional recognition. 4. Sign the agreement. Recruiting non-commissioned officers will be uniformly distributed by the army according to the newly selected supply methods and standards for non-commissioned officers. Eight, retirement placement

To recruit non-commissioned officers, they should serve in active service at least until the maximum service life of one rank higher after their first service.
