When the material passes through its independent metering section in operation, it is weighed, but it has nothing to do with the weighing in other positions. The independent measuring roller and the supporting roller of the scale body are completely on a parallel line and will not contact with external objects. When the material runs on the belt, the weight of the material on the belt is directly detected by the sensor of the metering roller without additional error, and its metering mode is direct force transmission rather than indirect force transmission. Therefore, this weighing method is more reasonable and scientific, with more perfect, concise and accurate structure, higher measurement accuracy and good stability.

1, scale framework:
The scale body adopts a frame structure formed by bending 5 mm plates once, which has high strength, stable structure and is not easy to deform.
2. Transmission equipment:
The transmission device (motor reducer) is a special reducer for Schenk scale, which is installed in the shaft hole suspension direct connection, and the belt is driven by the driving roller to run directly (no vibration, stable movement).
3, guide and automatic deviation correction device:
In the process of belt running, when the belt is biased to one side due to some external force, the balance and rectification device will automatically push the counterweight device through the connecting rod, forcing the belt to automatically reset.
4. Automatic tensioning adjustment device:
Adjusting the tension screw of the driven roller can adjust the tension of the belt of the scale body, keep the tension of the conveyor belt constant, and prevent the belt from running off and slipping through the guide roller and the automatic deviation correction device.
5, scale ring:
Weighing belt adopts skirt belt produced by Hangzhou Heli Rubber Co., Ltd., with 4 layers of steel wire and 6 layers of rubber, with a thickness of 8~ 10mm and a skirt height of 50 mm.

7. Metering mechanism: a unique double-sensor weighing mechanism;
(1) The key technology is to apply the parallel beam load sensor used in the balance to the weighing mechanism of the electronic belt scale, and skillfully use the unique four-corner balance principle of the parallel beam sensor (only measuring the downward gravity and automatically eliminating the lateral force), so that only the vertical downward gravity can be converted into electrical signals. Forces in other directions (such as belt advancement, change of drum rotation resistance, warping of belt groove angle with the amount of bearing materials, unbalanced load of materials, etc.). ) will not affect the measurement accuracy. Various problems in the use of electronic belt weigher are solved from the sensor level. Not only the structure is simple, but also it doesn't need to be adjusted frequently.
② Direct weighing: Direct weighing is a transmission mechanism without secondary force. Generally, the sensors used in electronic belt weighers have no four-corner balance function, that is, the lateral force will be regarded as gravity, which will lead to output errors. Therefore, it is necessary to add some mechanisms such as cross reeds and trunnions to eliminate the lateral force, and then indirectly transfer the gravity to the sensor. The machining accuracy, rigidity, installation size and accuracy of these additional mechanisms, as well as the continuous adjustment in use, will have an impact on the accuracy.

9. When the belt is running, the material bin is connected with the feed inlet of the scale, and the belt pulls the material out of the feed inlet, so the bin pressure has no effect on the scale. The feed inlet is equipped with a material flow shaping door, which can adjust the size of the material and the thickness of the material layer.
