Overview of pcb patch
In recent years, PCB mounting technology has been widely used in the field of electronic equipment manufacturing. Compared with traditional plug-ins, PCB mounting technology has the advantages of small specification, compact package and easy automatic production. In PCB mounting technology, components are accurately attached to the surface of PCB by high-speed mounter or other mounting equipment, and components are mounted after soldering.

There are three kinds of PCB mounting technologies:

1.

Surface mount technology (SMT): SMT is the most commonly used mounting technology at present. In this method, the pre-reserved attachment area on the surface of printed circuit board (PWB) is directly attached to the pins at the bottom of components by adhesive, and then the components are welded to the surface of PCB with a hot air stove.

2. Back surface mount technology (BGT): In this technology, the lead-out surface of the pin formed on the back of the component faces the PCB surface, and the component is fixed on the PCB surface, and the component is fixed by welding.

3.

THT: This technology connects the pins of some components to the other end through holes in PCB, and is usually used for the installation of components requiring high mechanical strength and high power, such as power supply and connectors.

PCB technology has a wide range of applications, such as communication, computer peripherals, automotive electronics, medical equipment, smart home and so on. Due to the advantages of high efficiency, accuracy, reliability and cost saving, PCB layout technology will continue to be widely used in the future.
