First, this situation is a quality problem and needs to be reworked.
Second, spraying latex paint with a sprayer itself has high requirements for the wall base. If the grass-roots level is not well done, it is easy to see that the walls sprayed with latex paint are rough and have traces of sandpaper polishing.
Third, there are three situations that cause roughness at the grass-roots level:
1, the sand grains of sandpaper are coarse.
2. The putty particles are coarse (no fine grinding or less glue content).
3, the grinding method is wrong, the correct way is to hold the sand rack 360 degrees to turn the sand, which can effectively avoid sandpaper printing.
Fourth, use the spray machine to spray latex paint for hardcover. Batch wall stickers after putty is laid. Then polish it again with 360 or 240 mesh sandpaper.
Five, can't rework, first use fine sandpaper to polish the wall smooth and then brush latex paint. The hiding power of roller coating is stronger than that of spraying. Increase the dosage by roll coating and roll coating once or twice again. In this way, traces such as hair on the head will be covered. If there are some obvious ones, they should be scraped clean with putty, dried and polished, and then brushed with latex paint with wool brush.
