Songjiang, now Songjiang District of Shanghai, is located in the southwest of Shanghai, also known as Yun Jian, Rongcheng, Shui Gu and Shangcheng. Located in the upper reaches of Huangpu River, it borders Minhang District and Fengxian District in the east, Jinshan District in the southwest and Qingpu District in the west and north.
