Before the sand making machine leaves the factory, the manufacturer has been running under the time and space load of 8 hours, and all parts are normal. Nevertheless, after the sand making machine is installed in place, a comprehensive inspection should still be carried out.

● Check whether the lubricating oil pipe is firmly connected, and refuel before commissioning.

● Check the connection of all components, which should be firm and reliable. Carefully check whether there is any foreign matter on the impeller, and remove it in time if there is any.

● Check whether the motor wiring is correct and the voltage is normal (380 V 5%).

● Before installing the belt, start the motor, and the rotation direction should be consistent with the symbolic direction of the sand making machine (i.e. the impeller rotates counterclockwise as viewed from the inlet). If it is opposite to the sign direction, adjust the motor wiring to make it rotate in the same direction as the sign direction, and never allow it to rotate in the opposite direction.

● For dual-motor drive, the spindle assembly and the motors on both sides are connected to the spindle assembly with the same number of V-belts respectively, and the tension of V-belts on both sides should be adjusted to be the same and straight.

After inspection, before handing over the production, first carry out the empty load and load trial operation, and then hand over the production after the trial operation is confirmed to be no problem.
