Surgical method of prosthetic rhinoplasty
Rhinoplasty usually takes 40 minutes to 1 hour. During the operation, the fascia on the back of the nasal bone should be peeled off first, and then the nasal bone and cartilage should be carved according to the medical aesthetics, the requirements of the operator and the skills of the doctor, or the carved nasal bracket should be directly implanted to achieve the desired effect. Finally, sew the skin back to its original position. Most rhinoplasty is done in the nostrils, and no trace can be seen after operation. The implant is similar to human tissue.
Materials with good compatibility, such as silicone rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc., have less rejection and are easy to carve and shape. At present, most rhinoplasty operations form an incision with a length of about 65438±0cm on the inner side of the nostril edge at the junction of nasal columella and alar, and a spacious cavity and posterior root are separated under the fascia of nasal dorsum or/and periosteum of nasal bone through this incision.

Finally, sew the skin back to its original position.
