(3) Do a good job in self-health monitoring, implement measures to prevent and control the normalized epidemic situation, and do not gather or dine before the results of two nucleic acid tests come out within 3 days after entering Ning, and do not go to crowded and closed places.

The isolation policy of returning to Ningxia;

(1) Those who return to Ningning from counties and districts where high-risk areas in China are located, as well as Shanghai, Changchun and Jilin, must hold negative nucleic acid test certificates within 48 hours, and at the same time, be closed and transported to centralized isolation places within 14 days to implement centralized isolation medical observation measures, and implement home health monitoring measures for 7 days after the expiration of isolation.

(2) Residents of Qingdao City and Weihai City in Shandong Province, Dongguan City and Shenzhen City in Guangdong Province, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture in Jilin Province, Suzhou City and Xuzhou City in Jiangsu Province, Xi City in Shaanxi Province, Lanzhou City in Gansu Province, Quanzhou City in Fujian Province, Xining City in Qinghai Province, Urumqi City in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Cangzhou City, Baoding City and Jize County in Handan City, Hebei Province, and Yuhang District in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Requirements for returning to Ning from abroad:

Persons returning from quarantine inspection at the first entry point:

(1) For those who were diagnosed at the time of entry or during centralized isolation (including asymptomatic infected persons), they will continue to undergo centralized isolation medical observation after returning to Ning 14 days and 5 times of nucleic acid detection measures.

(2) After expert health assessment, all the people who returned to Ning after entry quarantine were negative in nucleic acid detection and abnormal in serum antibody monitoring. Except those who were positive for vaccination antibody, the rest were transferred to designated hospitals for inspection and observation for 3 days, and then transferred to home health monitoring 1 1 day after no abnormality, during which nucleic acid detection was carried out for 4 times.

(3) Closed-loop transportation of 7-day centralized isolation medical observation and 7-day home health monitoring was carried out, during which 4 nucleic acid tests were carried out.

(4) Persons who have been released from isolation for less than 28 days shall be tested for COVID-19 nucleic acid and serum antibody when entering Ning, and shall complete 7 days of centralized isolation medical observation and 7 days of home health monitoring according to regulations, during which 4 times of nucleic acid testing shall be conducted.

Other requirements:

Students in Huining county (district) in other provinces and districts who have reported cases but have not adjusted their risk levels also take 7-day home health monitoring measures; The relevant policy requirements of people returning to Ning outside the district are consistent with those of students returning to Ning outside the district.
