Construction of geological disaster control engineering test base
9.9. 1 Planning tasks

1) Construction of geological disaster control engineering test base. In view of collapse, landslide, debris flow, land subsidence, ground fissures and land subsidence, 1 ~ 2 typical sections of various disaster types are selected nationwide to carry out experimental research on corresponding disaster types and explore scientific and effective treatment methods.

2) Carry out experimental research on disaster control and land use. The debris flow gullies in Dongchuan, Yunnan, Wuwei, Gansu and the typical landslides in the Three Gorges reservoir area of the Yangtze River were selected to carry out experimental research on the combination of disaster control and land use, and explore new ways of geological disaster control.

workload

1) There are 1 demonstration projects combining landslide and debris flow disaster control with soil and water conservation in the Loess Plateau. The planned quantities are 10, 7000m of drainage works, 3000m of drainage ditch, 300m3 of retaining wall, 2000m3 of slope cutting and load reduction, and 20hm2 of biological engineering measures for planting trees and grass.

2) There are 1 disaster control demonstration projects in the southwest mountainous area. The planned quantities are: 2000m anchor cable, anti-slide pile 1350m3, slope cutting and load reduction of 3000m3, lattice slope protection 1500m2, intercepting ditch 1500m2, 3 retaining dams, valley powerhouse 10, diversion dike of 3000m.

3) Comprehensive control project of ground fissures and land subsidence in Tianjin and Cangzhou 1 unit. The main planned quantities are closed machine wells 150, newly opened wells 100, earth and stone buried in ground fissures100000 m3, flood dike heightening and reinforcement of 5000m3, and municipal engineering reinforcement and reconstruction.

Investment estimation

The construction of geological disaster prevention engineering experimental base has a demonstration role. The capital investment is shared by the central and local governments. In principle, the ratio of central and local financial input is 1: 1. The total investment is 2.33 billion yuan, including central finance165438+65 million yuan and local finance165438+65 million yuan (table 9.4).

timetable

In 2006-2008, the experimental bases for landslide and debris flow control in the Loess Plateau, landslide disaster control in southwest mountainous areas and debris flow disaster control in southwest mountainous areas were completed. On October 20, 2007-20 10/0 completed the construction of the experimental base for collapse disaster control in southwest mountainous areas and the comprehensive treatment project for ground fissure control and land subsidence control.
