At present, the bad employment outlook of female college students in China is mainly manifested in the following aspects:

Lack of sense of accomplishment and dependence. "Sense of accomplishment" refers to a person's happiness or sense of success when he finishes or does something [1] A person with a sense of accomplishment often treats a thing with an optimistic and positive attitude, and so does his work. At present, female college students generally lack a sense of accomplishment in employment. Teacher Li Yanhong, who has deeply studied female college students' employment views, found that most of them chose "striving for lofty ideals of mankind" and "happiness of successful career", while female college students preferred "family harmony, stable life and smooth work". [2] In March 2007, Mr. Li Yanhong distributed 1736 valid questionnaires to the fresh graduates of seven universities in Shenyang. In the questionnaire survey of "What is the greatest happiness in life", it is found that 24.6% of female college students think that "a happy marriage is the greatest happiness". In reality, many female college students don't have lofty goals, and some even have the idea of being a "full-time wife".

At the same time, at present, female college students have serious dependence psychology when choosing a job, and the number of dependent objects is increasing day by day, and the employment scope is limited. In the past, female college students mostly relied on their parents and family relationships to get jobs. Nowadays, female college students with boyfriends not only rely on their own relationships, but also "bind" their boyfriends to find jobs, or rely on boyfriends or boyfriends' family relationships to find jobs. But their employment scope has narrowed. At present, the proportion of female college students in love is on the rise. As the closest friend of the opposite sex on campus, "prospective boyfriend" directly affects the employment intention of female college students. There are two kinds of boyfriends here: working and unemployed. If her boyfriend is an employed female college student, she may have to go to her boyfriend's place to work; However, in order to maintain the relationship, two female college students whose boyfriends are unemployed will also be pulled over by their boyfriends. Therefore, the employment scope of female college students is also limited by boyfriends.

Impure employment motivation and lack of long-term career planning. With the rapid development of social life, people's value orientation has changed, personal interests are given priority, and female college students tend to choose interests in employment. They generally don't take jobs with low wages, poor welfare and poor working environment as their first choice. They first choose cities and developed coastal areas, and rarely consider those remote mountainous areas and villages that are backward and promising. In terms of employment means, the wind of "buying jobs with money" is gradually blowing up among female college graduates. Some female college students with rich second generation spend money to find jobs and buy jobs, but for female college students with poor birth conditions, they will find jobs through other channels, such as finding someone with a city hukou, or finding a rich boyfriend to marry and be a "full-time wife" and so on.

Lack of long-term career planning means that female college students blindly find jobs, follow the crowd, have no clear plans and goals, have no opinions, lack long-term career planning, and grab whatever is hot, like the civil service exam. According to Wang Dongfang Weekly's 20 10 national civil service examination, the number of applicants has historically reached1460,000. This figure was 654.38+0.5 million in 2009, 800,000 in 2008 and 600,000 in 2007. Back in 2003, the number of applicants was only 87,000-in seven years, the number of people who want to pass the "national examination" has increased by nearly 16 times. Although the recruitment positions of civil servants are increasing year by year, 20 10 is more than that in 2009 1000, but the increase of competition intensity is obviously more rapid. This year's recruitment ratio even reached 93: 1, close to 1%. Previously, the recruitment ratio was 77: 1 in 2009, 60: 1 in 2008 and 42: 1 in 2007. The position of the First Disabled Persons' Federation is relatively limited. Nearly 5000 people will compete for the position of 1, among which female college students account for a large proportion. This shows that female college students are enthusiastic about civil servants. In fact, not everyone wants to be a civil servant so much. Some people, due to the lack of long-term career planning, reported when they saw others applying for the exam. They are like: the wall is swaying and falling with the wind.

"Plastic surgery" job search. Another phenomenon in the current employment of female college students-"plastic surgery" job hunting. Some female college students pay too much attention to their appearance and even change their appearance to increase employment opportunities after getting some rumors about employers' "judging people by their appearances".

China Women's Daily (A4 edition, 19, March 2009) reported that some female college students tried to promote employment through plastic surgery. It's about a senior girl from Chongqing Normal University. After hearing that someone found a good job because of plastic surgery, she also "hoped to look younger and get the favor of the employer" and went to the Third Military Medical University. It is understood that a large number of female college students want to seek a good job through "plastic surgery", whether it is really ugly or fake ugly, rich or poor. According to news reports and precedents, plastic surgery is risky. Once there is deviation, the second operation will be more difficult, which will inevitably bring both physical and psychological harm to the plastic surgeon. However, some female college students still stubbornly persist, and even some female college students who have no money even risk being infected to go to some small hospitals with low fees and no institutional certification for surgery.
