Shi Xiao, those beautiful encounters!

The most beautiful thing in this world is a just-right encounter. Puyang in May is full of flowers; May is small, with green shade like the sea and full of vitality. From May 9th to May 12th, five of our Henan Province famous teacher training subjects stepped into Zhuanxu Imperial Capital, came to the beautiful Puyang Experimental Primary School, walked into the studio of Teacher Li Guirong, a famous teacher in Central Plains, and participated in the first concentrated training in 2021 Activity.

? A small blessing

Everything came just in time. The first time I met, an experimental primary school with a long cultural heritage, a knowledgeable tutor, Mr. Li Guirong, and a group of fellow travelers of the same size, all of these filled my heart with beautiful encounters and inexplicable touches, all leaving indelible memories. .

The enthusiastic opening speech of Principal Xu Xiangrui of Experimental Primary School is still echoing in my ears; "Chasing dreams, moving forward with a running posture..." Our studio host instructor, Deputy Li Guirong of Puyang Experimental Primary School Principal Na Dundun’s teachings are sincere. Her words of teaching us to “sharpen yourself with all your heart” are still vivid in our minds, which reflects the broad and profound cultural construction of Xiaoxiao, the moral education corridor under the grape trellis, and the long walk. The library, the unique water culture rotunda, the innovative campus Guinness wall, the unique classroom windowsill book bar, the lifelike tree paintings, wall paintings, and manhole cover paintings... the leaders and studio members of the small school Teacher Song Yanju, Assistant Principal Director Dou Mingqi, Teacher Li Yuping, as well as two young teachers Peng Fanghui and Yan Yuzhen who brought us wonderful observation classes... A voyage about language and growth happened here, a journey about depth and even transformation. Walking here, everything you look at is loved, and everything your heart desires is beautiful.

Teacher Li Guirong’s special sharing "Chasing Dreams and Growing Up with a Running Position" introduced the construction of the studio, the development of activities and other rapid growth situations to us, the cultivation targets and participating teachers; she passed " "How to Improve Students' Reading Interest and Ability" lecture, telling us how to read and use the unified textbooks well, her educational quotes that come out of her mouth at any time, and the books she published that she gave us "From Reading to Reading for Joy - How to Improve Students' Interest and Ability in Reading" is like a lamp that illuminates each other, and a beam of light that brings us closer to each other. In addition, she had a chat-like communication with us, and in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, we discussed and formulated our professional growth plan and specific tasks for the next online training.

From reading to reading for pleasure

How to stimulate children's interest in reading, let them read without pain, and develop the habit of independent reading? In her book "From Reading to Reading for Joy - How to Improve Students' Interest and Ability in Reading", Li Guirong starts from the three questions of "what books to recommend", "how to guide students to read" and "how teachers should do during reading". Going in-depth and advancing step by step, he shares the methods and experiences of helping children move from reading to reading for pleasure.

During the training period, I couldn’t wait to read this book by Teacher Li, and I really benefited a lot. As Teacher Li said, "Interest is the best teacher." Only when students are interested will they have a strong desire for knowledge and take the initiative to learn. In order for the Chinese classroom to be full of vitality, it is necessary to actively mobilize learning interests and create a good environment for each student so that they can fully demonstrate their personality in the classroom. I have made the following explorations in motivating students to learn Chinese:

1. Create vivid situations so that students can learn happily

In Chinese classroom teaching, I strive to make students Become vivid, make students learn with great interest, enable students to enjoy the fun of learning in Chinese learning, thereby improving students' Chinese literacy. For example, this semester we continue to carry out interesting Chinese classes - "Flying Passion, Encountering the Most Beautiful Classroom". In class, by stimulating the children's ability to use their hands, mouth, and brains at the same time, the Chinese teaching materials are arranged into lively and interesting textbook dramas. , awakening their love for Chinese language subjects. I always believe that love is the best teacher! If a child does not like the subject, it is difficult to believe that he will learn the subject well. Therefore, by studying the curriculum standards and focusing on the active nature of lower grade children, I developed a Chinese curriculum specifically for our children. Before learning a new lesson, I would prepare this unit lesson in advance, because Chinese language for third grade is a new textbook, and when the teaching books that match the textbook were not available, I searched for some lesson plans and textbook analysis through Baidu Library. Then we will process it and integrate it into the characteristics of the children in our class. We will use our spare time to read with the children while arranging actions. We also established a textbook drama organizing committee. The members of the organizing committee are Fan Zhenghao, Wang Shuoyan, Sun Yimeng, Fan Bingqi, Wang Menghan, etc. It is composed of several students with higher understanding. Use the five minutes before class to preliminarily rehearse the textbook movements. I give them timely guidance, perceive the text as a whole, select paragraphs with strong storytelling as the script, and process them appropriately on this basis. In class, we add movements while reading. Where appropriate, the whole class will study, discuss, and revise together. In such a course, all students participate, and the children are very enthusiastic about participating.

This kind of Chinese language classroom textbook is faithful to the textbook, but also innovative on the basis of the original text.

It improves students' reading ability, encourages students to participate in Chinese teaching, cultivates students' cooperation ability and independent learning ability, and establishes self-confidence in learning Chinese. I change my role and not only teach students, but also integrate into them, play the role in the teaching materials with them, guide students to learn by themselves, discover by themselves, and organize students to explore together. This kind of Chinese teaching attaches great importance to the guidance of reading aloud. Through various forms such as collective reading, group reading, teacher-student cooperative reading, male and female student reading, music reading, role-based reading, etc., students can read the text correctly and fluently in reading practice, and guide students to feel, experience, and Think and understand the feelings the author wants to convey.

2. Carry out various forms of reading aloud, so that students can learn while reading, learn while learning, and think while learning.

Every text in the primary school Chinese textbook is a masterpiece of both literary quality and beauty. Various forms are used to allow students to read aloud repeatedly, such as reading competitions, organizing reading clubs, recital meetings, and writing reflections after reading, etc., in order to explore the intellectual potential of each student and give full play to students' skills. In addition, I will guide the children to read to music and create situations to improve students' interest in reading and read aloud with music. The songs have beautiful melodies and beautiful artistic conceptions. They can not only create situations, enable students to enter the role as quickly as possible, but also be active. Classroom atmosphere. Pleasant students' mood, improve students' interest in reading, and help understand the text content.

Third, in addition, I also pay attention to the guidance of extracurricular reading. In the second semester of my first grade, I launched a book rafting activity in my class. If each person donated a book each semester, they could enjoy the privilege of reading 59 books. By the end of the semester, the children had donated quite a few books. Not only would the original amount be returned, children who donated more than three books would also receive a children's book that I personally bought for them. Every semester, I use my own Use the money to buy 200 yuan of children's books to reward children who love reading. The last class every Wednesday is the second class. I select books with good quality and beauty from the extracurricular books donated by the children, recommend them to everyone in class, and provide them with opportunities to exchange their feelings and achievements in extracurricular reading.

I believe that a teacher who can make students love Chinese is a good Chinese teacher. For students to learn Chinese well, the most important thing is to make students love Chinese. Let students develop a strong interest in Chinese and like Chinese through experimentation, and then develop learning habits that accumulate over time and enjoy it endlessly.

Professional writing, starting from 500 words

During this training, Teacher Li also assigned us reading and writing tasks. We are required to write educational narratives, teaching essays, etc. based on educational and teaching practices. In this regard, I feel deeply. I started writing unprofessionally in 2017. At that time, I just wrote a few hundred words casually through the software to record small things about class management. I didn’t want to stick with it for three years and wrote nearly 400,000 words. These texts involve personal growth, educational narratives, reading insights, classroom records, etc., and have been published on many public platforms such as Xinwangshi, Xingtan Online Research Society, Huazhou Xingtan, Huaxian Class Teacher, etc. I am also continuing to read and write Zhong confirmed his own understanding and thinking about education. My perseverance in reading and writing has also brought me a lot of rewards. The books I have read and written over the years have also allowed me to win some honors related to reading and writing, such as the Outstanding Class Teacher in Henan Province and the Most Ready and Written in Hua County. He is a powerful teacher and an advanced individual in the Hua County Writing Contest. He also won first prize in the County Class Teacher Skills Contest and the County Teacher Reading Narrative Speech Contest. Educational writing is truly the watershed that takes us from mediocrity to excellence.

Of course, what I gained from this training is more than these. I will practice, experience, and explore more insights in my future education and teaching, and truly internalize them as my own gains. Growth means walking with different people, chasing the light together, and colliding together.

I believe that through this training, each of us will live like a beam of light after experiencing the pain of growing up, and use smart Chinese lessons to illuminate the future of children!
