How to remove the motor coil of sewage submersible pump
The motor disassembly coil of sewage submersible pump is almost the same as that of ordinary motor, and even more convenient than ordinary motor. First, slowly knock out the motor stator coil core with a hammer and a wooden stick. Attention! Some water pump motor coil cores are divided into large and small heads, which must be clearly separated when disassembling. Generally, it is a small head shock, and the big head is taken out. After taking out the coil core, it is necessary to record the connection mode of the coil and the series of the motor. After this work is finished, we will clamp the coil core in the vice. You'd better make a wooden clip here. The diameter difference between the wooden clamp and the coil core is 10mm, and it is clamped in a vise to prevent the coil core from deforming. After the core of the coil is clamped, we saw every slot of the coil with a saw bow next to the core. Attention! At this time, the sawed coil should be sawed before the terminals are available, and the measured coil diameter and turns per slot should be recorded, especially for double-layer wound coils and single-phase motors. After doing the above work, I saw the other side. When sawing the other side, it is not necessary to measure the wire diameter and record the number of turns. After sawing both ends, we put the coil that has not been taken out of the iron core slot into the oven or bake it with a light bulb of more than 200w for 10 to 15 minutes, then take it out and use iron solder similar to the iron core slot to remove the coil. Finally, clean the insulating paint and charred impurities in the iron core groove to complete the disassembly of the coil of the water pump motor.
