How to make calamus bonsai
First, choose plants.

In 2008, Acorus calamus should be divided before the vigorous growth period, so it can be divided in Grain Rain. Plants with vigorous growth, thick roots and short plants are the best products for bonsai production, and calamus is generally chosen.

Second, choose planting materials.

Acorus calamus should choose loose and breathable sandy loam as bonsai. If you choose stones as flowerpots, you don't need any materials, but you can fix plants with pebbles.

Third, fertilization.

For pots with planting materials, an appropriate amount of organic granular fertilizer can be put on the surface of the pots, and for pots without planting materials, liquid fertilizer can be applied. Fertilization of Acorus calamus needs good control. Without fertilization, leaves will turn yellow and affect growth. But if they are intolerant of fertilizer, excessive fertilization will burn the seedlings, which is not conducive to their growth.

Fourth, water.

Potted calamus, watering is easy to control, calamus likes humidity and avoids drought. Daily watering should keep the basin soil moist, but watering should not be excessive, otherwise it will easily lead to yellowing of leaves. When the air is dry in summer, you can properly spray water like leaves to keep the humidity.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) lighting

Acorus calamus likes shade, but it can't be completely without light. Appropriate scattered light is more conducive to its growth, and can be placed in the shade of large and medium-sized bonsai at ordinary times.

Sixth, plastic surgery
