This pruning method has the advantages of high fruit yield, good ventilation and light transmission, light disease, convenient mechanized operation, saving frame materials and labor, but low yield.

In this way, generally speaking, each grape has only one tall trunk left. Its dry height varies with soil quality and management technology. Generally 80 ~ 160 cm, growing vertically; Planting 1 ~ 2 horizontal main vines on the trunk; Leave 1 fruiting vine on the main vine every 20 ~ 30 cm, and use double branches to update when pruning.

This frame is similar to a hedge frame. Generally, there are 1 ~ 2 wires on the surface of the frame, and the distance between 1 wires and the ground is at least 80 cm.

The concrete shaping methods of this frame shape are: double-arm shape, umbrella shape, double-main rattan double-stem shape and double-arm double-dragon stem shape.

At the initial stage of plastic surgery, 1 ~ 2 short branches can be selected as the posterior and anterior trunk at the base of the trunk.
