Is there a multi-purpose bending die in the design? At present, our dilemma is that the mold can only make a few simple products, the cost is too high and the products are limited.
Bending die is mainly divided into three parts: clamping die, following die and R disk. The same set of dies can only be used to bend pipes with the same diameter, and ordinary pipe benders can only bend one R angle at a time (and more advanced pipe benders can put several dies at the same time to bend pipes with different R angles). That is to say, the same set of dies can be used only if the diameter is the same as the R angle. Of course, the following mold and clamping mold can use the same diameter, but different R angles, and then several different R disks can be made. All the above are CNC pipe benders.
