(a) the scope of practice of clinicians:

1, major in internal medicine; 2. Surgery major; 3. Obstetrics and Gynecology; 4. Pediatric major; 5. Major in ophthalmology and otolaryngology;

6. Dermatology and venereal diseases; 7. Mental health major;

8. Occupational disease major; 9. Major in medical imaging and radiotherapy;

10, major in medical laboratory and pathology; 1 1, major in general medicine;

12, major in emergency medicine; 13, major in rehabilitation medicine;

14, preventive health care major; 15, special medicine and military medicine; 16, major in family planning technical services;

17, other majors specified by the health administrative department at or above the provincial level.

Measures for the administration of medical beauty services

Chapter III Qualification of Practitioners

Article 11 The attending physician responsible for implementing the medical beauty project must meet the following conditions:

(1) Having the qualification of a medical practitioner and having been registered by the medical registration management institution;

(2) Working experience in related clinical disciplines. Among them, the doctor responsible for the implementation of cosmetic surgery projects should have more than 6 years of clinical work experience in cosmetic surgery or plastic surgery and other related majors; Doctors responsible for implementing cosmetic dentistry projects should have more than 5 years of clinical experience in cosmetic dentistry or stomatology; Doctors responsible for implementing cosmetic Chinese medicine and cosmetic dermatology projects should have more than 3 years of clinical work experience in traditional Chinese medicine and dermatology respectively;

(3) Having been trained or advanced in medical cosmetology and qualified, or having been engaged in clinical work of medical cosmetology for over 1 year.

(four) other conditions stipulated by the administrative department of health of the provincial people's government.

Twelfth medical practitioners who have not obtained the qualification of attending physician may engage in clinical technical services of medical beauty under the guidance of attending physician.
