Since joining the company, I have known many industry predecessors and gained a lot of experience and knowledge. However, due to his inaccurate positioning and impatience, he repeatedly violated the rules and regulations of the unit during his work, which brought extremely negative effects to the normal management and operation of the unit. I hereby make the following review to encourage and change it!
Comment 1: I didn't find the right personal position, and my work was exaggerated and fickle. Xx industry is an experienced industry, which needs time accumulation and experience summary, and must not be sloppy, let alone grandiose. It is hard to imagine what will happen in this industry if we don't start from small things, walk thousands of miles step by step and think down to earth. Although I also understand this truth, I have repeatedly made ambitious mistakes in my practical work. Fortunately, the leaders have been able to guide me, so far I haven't made any big mistakes-it's my luck to get personal instruction from the leaders.
Review 2: Emotional at work, lack of team spirit. Units exist as a team and should also operate as a team. But I often behave disorganized and out of the team at work, which is actually irresponsible and ungrateful! As everyone's home, the unit should maintain and develop her together. It should not only complain that she has paid too little, but also complain that she has too many shortcomings. Attitude is everything. Look at everything she gave you with gratitude, and then repay her!
Review 3: As newcomers to the unit, they lack the attitude of active communication and open-minded consultation. Without communication, there is no understanding. Without understanding, it is difficult to actively integrate into the culture of the unit. It is difficult to exert one's energy and ambition and make one's own contribution to the development provided by the unit.
Now, I deeply feel that my current negative thinking attitude is really a very dangerous tendency. If it is not discovered in time and pointed out positively through communication with leaders, I am afraid that this indulgence will continue, so for a newcomer, the impact is long-term and the consequences are serious. I can't even imagine what kind of work mistakes will occur in the future. Therefore, I feel lucky for the leadership's correction, but also thank the leadership for their guidance. After all, this must be a key turning point in my life and career development!
Through this, I want to rethink my reading and research. As a person, I have a working attitude and realize:
1, one's life is the most important thing in life. Everyone should concentrate on his work. Don't concentrate on an unsuccessful thing, and you can't grasp the details clearly. Study alone and do a little work. This is definitely not a classic book, but from the standpoint of people, they are doing things. "Learning from time to time is like sailing". After reading so many books, if you don't master them, it will be difficult to have joy in life without them, which is what the ancients said: "When learning, learn and enjoy your own learning."
2. The most important learning area is realization. If this research is impossible, it's just a "psychological science question:" What you like to eat, not what you digest, is of course physical, helpless and even harmful. Some things don't work. This is an opportunity to learn. If there is something for both sides that is not the benefit of development, then our natural development will deteriorate. Therefore, when I encounter something I don't understand, I can't go to too much trouble to consult many enlightened people in order to finish my work better.
In a word, my actions have brought bad influence to the unit, which makes me feel heavy and ashamed. "Men don't make mistakes", I will try to develop into a rational person. One of the reasons is that people should learn from past mistakes first, not just regret. "Teachers can easily learn from hard-to-find things." I sincerely thank you for your teaching.
