The quality requirements of leather for furniture are divided into sensory requirements and physical and chemical properties. (1) sensory requirements
Fine and even texture, even color, no flowers and no cracks. The leather coating is uniform, the coating is firmly attached, and the slurry does not fall off or crack. The overall thickness is basically uniform, and the leather body is plump, soft, elastic and has no peculiar smell. Leather is clean and has no greasy feeling.
(2) Physical and chemical properties
There are seven physical and chemical performance indicators:
1) tensile strength; Divided into two types according to thickness. Mm2, type I ≥ 10N/mm2, type II ≥ 15 N/mm2.
2) Tearing strength: divided into two types according to thickness. Type I ≥30N/mm, type II ≥ 35n/mm ... 3) Elongation at break ≤ 80%.
4) Color rubbing fastness: dry rubbing ≥4.5, wet rubbing ≥3.5.
5) The adhesion fastness of the coating is ≥ 2.5 N/10 mm ... 6) The pH value is 3.5 ~ 6.0. 7)PH dilution difference
Tear strength, color rubbing fastness and coating adhesion fastness are the main control indexes. One of them is unqualified, and the furniture leather is unqualified.
According to this standard, it will never wrinkle so easily.
Is genuine leather that bad? !
Personally, I think it is a substandard product, even a fake!
