IV. Interview, physical examination, and assessment

The interview will be organized in accordance with the interview plan filed with the Provincial Department of Personnel.
The interview mainly tests the comprehensive analysis ability, organizational and coordination ability, language expression ability, adaptability, communication ability and other contents necessary for the job application. Interview scores are calculated to two digits after the decimal point, and the mantissa is rounded off. The specific time and location of the interview will be notified later.
(2) Physical examination and assessment. According to the interview scores, candidates will be selected in equal numbers from high scores to low scores according to the recruitment positions, and physical examinations and assessments will be organized. If a person who fails to pass the physical examination or assessment fails, other people who have entered the same position will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score.
The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the general physical examination standards for civil servant recruitment. If the state has other regulations, those regulations shall prevail. Those who commit fraud during the physical examination will not be employed. Those who do not take the physical examination on time will be deemed to have automatically given up their qualifications.
The assessment is conducted through various methods such as file review, identity verification, individual interviews, and symposiums. 5. Public announcement, employment procedures, and benefits
