At that time, Xingrui, which was put on the venue for this test drive, focused on sky blue, which was not common in the field of cars. Feeling very youthful, coupled with the shape of the sliding roof, Xingrui is not only domineering than ordinary A-class cars, but also smart than B-class cars.
When the door is opened, the interior space and atmosphere are far beyond the traditional A-class car. Front row fully wrapped sports seats, 12.3 inch large central control screen, with the most popular sports and technology at present, and the same rolling driving mode paddles as Volvo, making the whole driving platform by going up one flight of stairs.
Panoramic sunroof and rear seats are completely considered by the owner's family, and the rear legroom is definitely one of the highlights. There is no problem with normal legs without sacrificing the seat support surface. In this test drive, there are three traditional A-class cars next to Xingrui-Sylphy, Corolla and Lei Ling. Under static conditions, when comparing the four cars, we can only fully feel the dimension reduction blow of Xingrui.
Enthusiastic gentleman or suit thug
After a short static experience, Kan Chejun and other professional media friends started the venue test drive. In terms of product positioning, Xingyue and Xingrui, both on CMA platform, are positioned as "dynamic knight" and "warm-blooded gentleman" respectively. From a static point of view, Xingrui is indeed a gentleman, but after a little engine roar, I feel that "blood" is not enough to describe Xingrui's driving experience, but more like a suit thug.
Thanks to the global modular architecture of Geely CMA, Xingrui's body structure is more precise and meticulous, and it can also be bolder to carry a higher power engine system far beyond ordinary A-class cars in the power system. The Xingrui we test drive model is equipped with a Volvo Drive-E series 2.0TD direct injection turbocharged engine, which is matched with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch gearbox. The power system is the same as Volvo S60 and V60, but the specific power output is more biased towards sports and even violence.

The power training of other Geely models is generally "thick accumulation and thin hair", that is, smoothness is the main factor, but Xingrui inherited the gene of a more rapid star, and the first foot started very quickly. Official data show that the acceleration of 100 kilometers is 7.9 seconds, far exceeding the luxury A-class cars such as BBA, and there is no chance to test the acceleration of 100 kilometers at the test drive site. However, when cornering at high speed, it is very surprising to find that the engine speed of Xingrui can remain in a high explosive state.
In addition, in terms of chassis adjustment, Xingrui also performed well. Kan Chejun made a special trip to the back row to try to ride. On the way to the high-speed corner, the centrifugal force is kept above the average level, and the passengers in the back row will no longer feel thrown out.
Moreover, the hip support is very soft, and Kan Chejun even mistakenly thought that Xingrui had an air suspension.

If the only regret of this venue test drive is that you can't experience the whole OTA of Xingrui. As we all know, in terms of vehicle systems, it is one of the few areas where independent brands can rival or even surpass mainstream joint venture brands, among which Geely is the best. One of the highlights of Xingrui this time is the configuration of intelligent technology.
It is reported that Xingrui's OTA upgrade covers functions such as APP remote control, car Bluetooth and voice interaction. In the safety auxiliary configuration system, Xingrui is also equipped with ABS anti-lock, active braking, lane departure warning, adaptive cruise, 360-degree panoramic image, front and rear parking radar and so on. Basically meet all the intelligent technology equipment for daily travel. Although there is no detailed experience this time, I might as well leave it as a surprise in the future and feel it slowly when I test drive on the road.
Generally speaking, for Geely Xingrui, you can still feel Geely's sincerity. The configuration of the complete B-class car also pretends to be an A-class car. The only thing that can be speculated is the price or the similarity with mainstream A-class cars. In the A-class car market controlled by several joint-venture brands, it remains to be seen whether the appearance of Xingrui can subvert the world.
