Generally, the test time is 15-25 minutes and the number of questions is 3-5.

2. Leaderless group
Leaderless group discussion interview uses scenario simulation to conduct collective interviews for national civil servant interview candidates. It is one of the commonly used methods for civil servant interviews in recent years.
This method consists of a certain number of civil service candidates forming a group (5-7 people), and the group members discuss a topic for a period of time.
During the discussion, the leader is not designated and is allowed to arrange the discussion process by himself. The examiner uses this to observe whether the civil servant candidates' organizational and coordination skills, persuasiveness in debate, and other abilities and qualities meet those of civil servants. requirements, as well as whether personality characteristics such as self-confidence, emotional stability, and response flexibility are in line with the group atmosphere of the proposed position, so as to comprehensively evaluate the differences among civil service candidates.
3. Structured group interview
Structured group interview combines the characteristics of national civil servant interview structured interview and leaderless group discussion. It requires a group of evaluators, usually 3-5 People answer structured interview questions in turn within a specified time.
The interview process of the structured group is drawing lots, preparing for the exam, answering questions, and peer evaluation. There is one set of questions and three small questions in a set per day.
Candidates will have 15 minutes to prepare for the exam in the test preparation area. During the preparation period, they will have a question book, scratch paper, and a pen to write down their answer ideas.
The number of people is distributed in groups of 3. When the preparation time is up, they will enter the examination room to answer questions. Each of the 3 people will have 2 minutes to answer questions, comment and respond. The time for each person to answer questions is 6 minutes.
