Customer representatives receive customers or introduce their own business products on behalf of the company.

There are two types of account managers, and different companies are different. The account manager manages all customer resources and all customer representatives below. The other account manager is actually an account representative, but this account manager deals with more advanced customers.

For example, if you do business in a small company, your position may be called customer representative, but if you are in a foreign company or a large company, then you may do the same job, but your position is called account manager.
