Under normal circumstances, what we buy in the market are frozen king crabs, which need to be thawed with cold water in advance before cooking, about 1 hour. Thawing time must not be too long, it is easy to deteriorate and affect the taste of crab meat itself.

To eat king crab, the most important thing is to eat the meat inside the crab legs, cut off the thick crab legs with scissors, or dig them with other tools.
