Sanming specialty 1: Shangshujiu
Taining is commonly known as nine niang. Mingxi dried meat is a Hakka-style food with a long history and a reputation of more than 500 years.
It ranks first in the "Eight Major Tasks in West Fujian" and enjoys a good reputation at home and abroad. The product has the characteristics of dryness, looseness, sweetness, original flavor, fragrance, sauce flavor, spicy taste and long aftertaste.
Minxi Dried Meat is made by dipping lean beef in soy sauce made of flour and adding clove, fennel, cinnamon, sugar and other ingredients. After about 1 week, hang it in a ventilated place to dry, and then put it in a curing barn for smoking. After being made, it is good in color and fragrance, tough and chewy, sweet in taste and endless in aftertaste.

Sanming specialty 6: Fujian dried bamboo shoots
The history of Fujian dried bamboo shoots in Yong 'an can be traced back to at least the Ming Dynasty. In the mid-Ming Dynasty, with the southward migration of bamboo farmers in the Central Plains and the introduction of dried bamboo shoots production technology, Yong 'an people combined it with local dried bamboo shoots processing methods, and first invented and created the earliest prototype of dried bamboo shoots processing technology in Fujian.
Fujian dried bamboo shoots are made from bamboo shoots by shelling, cooking, tabletting, drying and shaping, and refining for about 45 days.
