Fengjie county People's Hospital is located in the east of the county. It is the only secondary general hospital in fengjie county that integrates medical treatment, teaching, prevention, health care, rehabilitation and first aid. It is the designated hospital of basic medical insurance in our county, the designated hospitals of many insurance companies in the county, and the medical cooperative hospital of coal association. It is also a technical cooperation hospital between the bone and joint trauma center and the tumor treatment center of Southwest Hospital. The total population radiated by medical services is about 2.5 million. It is the practice base of Hubei University for Nationalities Medical College, Three Gorges Medical College and Fengjie Health School. It is a county medical rescue and medical personnel training center. The annual outpatient volume is more than 260,000 person-times, and the hospital has completed more than 5,800 operations throughout the year. More than 6600 inpatients were admitted/kloc-0, and the actual bed utilization rate was 105.5% last year.
