I. Process Flow of Stamping Workshop
Raw materials (plates and coils) are put into storage → uncoiling line → cleaning and oiling of large parts, uncoiling and shearing of small parts → stamping production line → qualified mold installation and debugging → mass production → rust prevention of qualified parts → storage.
Second, the concept and characteristics of cold stamping
1. Cold stamping refers to a kind of pressure processing method at room temperature, in which materials are separated or plastically deformed by using a die installed on a press, so as to obtain the required parts.
2. Features of cold stamping: stable product size, high precision, light weight, good rigidity, good interchangeability, high efficiency and low consumption, simple operation and easy automation.
Three, the classification of basic cold stamping process
Cold stamping can be classified into two categories: forming process and separation process.
1. The forming process is that the blank is plastically deformed without breaking, and a stamping part with a certain shape and size is obtained.
The forming process is divided into stretching, bending, flanging and shaping.
Drawing: the stamping process of turning a flat blank (workpiece) into an open hollow part by using a drawing die.
Bending: a stamping method in which a plate, profile, tube or bar is bent to a certain angle and curvature to form a certain shape.
Flanging: it is a stamping method that turns the blank into an upright edge along a certain curvature on the plane or curved surface of the blank.
2. The separation process is to separate the sheet according to a certain contour line to obtain stamped parts with a certain shape, size and cutting surface quality.
The separation process is divided into blanking, punching, corner cutting and edge cutting.
Blanking: materials are separated from each other along the closed curve. When the part in the closed curve is used as the blanking part, it is called blanking.
Punching: materials are separated from each other along the closed curve. When the part outside the closed curve is used as a punching sheet, it is called punching.
