What is the job of an agronomist?
Engaged in the work mainly includes:

(1) seed selection, packaging, storage and transportation, accelerating germination, transplanting, tending management and cultivating rootstocks, preparing planting materials, proliferating bud strips, identifying bud plants, etc.

(2) Carry out soil cultivation and soil improvement on the rubber plantation;

(3) planting and replanting;

(4) field management such as fertilization, irrigation, prevention and control of diseases, pests and weeds, bud wiping, pruning and shaping;

(5) taking latex;

(6) collecting, curing and tabletting natural fresh latex and gel;

(7) dehydrating, granulating and drying the fresh latex;

(8) Preservation, collection, clarification, centrifugation, concentration and accumulation of fresh latex;

(9) Packaging and storage of natural rubber products such as standard rubber, smoke film and concentrated latex;

(10) Maintenance of farm tools and primary processing equipment.
