First, open the barcode printing software, and set the paper and layout in the document setting window according to the actual paper. Let's take a closer look at how to design the file label content.

2. Add text content Click the "Solid A" button on the left side of the file to draw a common text object on the canvas, double-click the common text, click the "Modify" button in "Graphic Properties-Data Source", select "Manual Input" in the data object type, and manually enter the information to be added in the status box below, and edit-OK.

3. Add a barcode Click the "Draw One-dimensional barcode" button on the left side of the software to draw a barcode object on the canvas, double-click the drawn barcode, click the "Modify" button in "Graphic Properties-Data Source", manually enter the information to be added in the status box below, and click Edit-OK.

4. Add a picture Click the Insert Bitmap Picture button on the left side of the software to draw a bitmap object on the canvas, double-click the drawn bitmap image, click the button in Graphics Properties-Data Source, select Manual Input as the data object type, click Browse in the lower left corner, select a picture to import, and click Add-OK.

After setting, click Print Preview or File-Print Preview in the toolbar above the software to see the preview effect.
