First, please change another USB interface and try plugging in the mouse. If the computer can recognize the mouse, it proves that there is a problem with the USB interface of the front computer.
If it is a round-mouth mouse, you can try changing it to a round-mouth keyboard interface.
When replacing the USB interface, it is best to plug it into the interface on the back of the computer host instead of the interface on the front panel. This can reduce the distance between data and current transmission and reduce the incidence of equipment failure.
If after plugging in a new interface, the computer finds the new device but cannot install it, you can manually install and update the mouse driver yourself, which usually solves the problem.
If changing the interface still does not work, please gently shake the mouse connection cable with your hand and move the mouse at the same time to see if the cursor is moving.

If there is still no response, you can gently shake the head of the mouse cable connected to the computer socket with your hand, and move the mouse at the same time to see if the cursor is moving.

If the mouse reacts in the first two steps, it proves that the mouse connection cable has poor contact and is disconnected. If you have strong hands-on skills, you can cut off a section of the cable where the contact is not good, and then re-solder it.

If there is no response, check the laser window at the bottom of the mouse and there is no laser light, then the mouse itself is faulty and it is recommended to replace it with a new mouse.
