Among them, the spouse is 40% per month and other relatives are 30% per month; Lonely old people or orphans will increase by 10% every month on the basis of the above standards. The approved total pension for dependent relatives shall not be higher than the payment salary of the employee one month before his death due to work; (three) the standard of one-time work-related death subsidy is the average monthly salary of employees in the city in the previous year, which is 50 months after their work-related death.
