3. 1 the engineering department organizes the public works department, the quality control department and the mold use department (production 1/production 2) to check and accept the mold, and organizes the public works department to analyze the causes of the problems in the use of the mold and formulate countermeasures.

3.2 The Public Works Department is responsible for the establishment and management of mold files and the maintenance of minor faults in the use of molds.

3.3 Production Department I/Production Department II, as the mold user department, shall do a good job in the daily maintenance of the mold and notify the Works Department of the abnormal situation of the mold in time.

3.4 The general manager or chief engineer shall review and sign the mold purchase/maintenance contract and related documents.

When it is necessary to purchase a new mold/repair an old mold, the Engineering Department will contact and negotiate with the mold manufacturer to draft the first draft of the purchase/maintenance contract and technical agreement, and the company manager or chief engineer will finally review and sign the purchase/maintenance contract and technical agreement.

4. 1.2 Packaging, protection and handling of maintenance molds

A) The molds that have been confirmed to be delivered to the mold maintenance factory for maintenance shall be packed by the equipment manager of the engineering department, and the packing list shall be filled in, including the mold number, part name and quantity. Packing list in duplicate, one for the mold repair factory and one for the bottom.

B) The equipment manager of the Public Works Department checks to ensure that the mold packaging will not be damaged during transportation.

C) The equipment of the public works department organizes the handling of molds to ensure the safety of the handling process.

4.2 mold acceptance

4.2. 1 The mold shall be accepted by the engineering department after arrival, and the acceptance shall be conducted in two steps: mold trial and trial production.

4.2.2 Test mode:

A) The equipment manager of the Public Works Department checks whether the packing list, molds and accessories conform to the contract. If the moulds are returned for repair, it is also necessary to check whether the quantity of the arrived moulds is the same as that of the delivered moulds. After confirmation, install the mold on the molding machine for trial molding;

B) If the mold is tested under normal process conditions; The quality control department will check whether the product quality meets the technical agreement and the preparation, review and approval;

Without approval, controlled documents shall not be made.
