1. Adjust the oil pressure: By controlling the opening and closing of the solenoid valve of the gasoline tank, adjust the oil pressure to ensure the normal operation of the automobile engine.
2. Prevent the fuel tank from exploding: When the pressure in the fuel tank is too high, the solenoid valve can automatically close to prevent the fuel tank from exploding.
3. Control the oil system: control the flow of the oil system through the solenoid valve, so as to ensure the normal work of the oil system.
4. Improve fuel economy: The solenoid valve can control the flow of the oil system, thus improving fuel economy and effectively saving fuel consumption.
5. Prevent gasoline from overflowing: The solenoid valve can prevent gasoline from overflowing in the carbon tank and ensure the quality of gasoline.
6. Reduce automobile exhaust emissions: The electromagnetic valve can effectively control the flow of the oil system, thus reducing automobile exhaust emissions.
The solenoid valve of gasoline carbon canister is an important component, which can control the flow of oil circuit system, adjust oil pressure, ensure the normal operation of automobile engine, prevent the explosion of oil tank, improve fuel economy, prevent gasoline from overflowing and reduce automobile emissions.
Structure of carbon canister solenoid valve
The activated carbon tank of an automobile is usually designed as a long "box", which is connected between the fuel tank and the engine intake manifold. Different models of carbon canister solenoid valves look different, but their functions are the same.
The "box" has an air inlet and an air outlet, which are usually designed on the same side. Two or three cavities are designed in the carbon tank to increase the path of oil and gas, so as to obtain better adsorption and desorption efficiency. The cavity is filled with granular activated carbon made by special technology, which is especially suitable for adsorbing oil and gas molecules. The air inlet of the carbon canister is connected with the pipeline from the oil tank, and the air outlet is sheathed with an electromagnetic valve and connected with the engine intake manifold.
Reminder: If the owner hears a click while driving the vehicle, especially if there is obvious gasoline smell inside the vehicle. When the vehicle is turned off, it is difficult to restart, or when the vehicle is idling, the vehicle is unstable, indicating that the solenoid valve of the carbon canister is faulty and needs to be dealt with in time.
