Method 1: Cold compress first to eliminate subcutaneous bleeding. Then apply hot compress to promote local congestion and absorption. Apply a thick layer of vaseline, then wrap it with a small piece of plastic wrap, fix it, and take it off after 20 minutes.
Method 2: Cold compress the frozen persimmon for two hours when there is blood stasis, preferably when you are going to bed at night, and then warm compress the bag with boiled eggs for two hours the next day, so that the blood stasis will become very light when you apply eggs for one week.
Method 3: Slice the potato and apply it to the blood stasis for 30 minutes to see if it works!
