3. Temperature problem: The temperature in the molding process is also a key factor. If the temperature of nylon 6 is too high or uneven during the molding process, the adhesive tape may not adhere to the surface effectively. During the molding process, ensure that the temperature is appropriate and uniform.
4. Quality problem of adhesive tape: If the quality of adhesive tape itself is not good or the storage time is too long, it may lead to the decrease of adhesive tape. In this case, replacing the new high-quality adhesive tape may solve the problem.
