How to apply for Ranyan Tianshi Fund?
Yan Ran Angel Fund is a special charity fund initiated by Li and Faye Wong, supported and managed by China Red Cross Foundation, aiming at helping cleft lip and palate patients in poor families. In order to ensure that the funding work is standardized, open and transparent, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the target of funding

The target of the Ranyan Angel Fund is cleft lip and palate patients from poor families, and the legal guardian of the patient can apply for funding from the Ranyan Angel Fund as an applicant.

Second, the principle of funds.

1. Live within our means: determine the funding amount according to the donations received;

2. Full funding: bear all medical expenses;

3. Functional recovery: It only covers functional recovery suture of patients with cleft lip and palate.

Three. Application procedure

1. Applicants need to download the Application Form for Ranyan Angel Fund through official website of China Red Cross Foundation, and fill in the form (including the following contents) on the premise of fully understanding the Application Notes for Ranyan Angel Fund:

(1) Copy of patient identification document;

(2) For children, the relationship certificate of the legal guardian of the child is also required;

(3) The Application Form for the Grant of Ranyan Tianshi Fund filled out by the legal guardian of the patient or child;

(4) Preliminary physical examination report of patients in medical institutions at or above the county level;

(5) Children with cleft lip and palate from poor families who are not in agricultural registered permanent residence under the age of 2 must have a certificate of family economic status issued by the administrative organ at or above the town street office.

2. The application materials shall be submitted to the Project Management Office of Ambassador Ran Yantian of China Red Cross Foundation.

Fourth, physical examination

The patient or the legal guardian of the patient needs to go to the local medical institution at or above the county level for a preliminary examination related to cleft lip and palate surgery and issue a physical examination report after fully understanding the contents of the notification letter funded by Jieranyan Angel Fund. The following are contraindications for cleft lip and palate surgery, and the physical examination report should include the following contents:

1. Surgical contraindications for cleft lip:

(1) The child weighs less than 5 _;

(2) Hemoglobin is lower than10g/100ml;

(3) The white blood cell count is higher than 104/mm3 or the coagulation function is abnormal;

(4) The age of the child is less than 10 week;

(5) The patient has acute infection, cold and upper respiratory tract infection;

(6) The patient has digestive tract diseases;

(7) Inflammatory diseases of face, mouth, ears, nose and throat;

(8) Excessive tonsils may affect postoperative breathing;

(9) Patients cannot tolerate general anesthesia.

2. Contraindications for cleft palate surgery:

(1) The child weighs less than 5 _;

(2) Hemoglobin is lower than10g/100ml;

(3) The white blood cell count is higher than 104/mm3 or the coagulation function is abnormal;

(4) The age of the child is less than 10 week;

(5) Children have acute infection, cold and upper respiratory tract infection;

(6) The patient has digestive tract diseases;

(7) Inflammatory diseases of face, mouth, ears, nose and throat;

(8) Excessive tonsils may affect postoperative breathing;

(9) Hypertrophy of the patient's thymus;

(10) The patient could not tolerate general anesthesia.

1. Preliminary review

After the preliminary examination of the patient's application materials, Ran Yantian asked the Fund Management Office to conduct a comprehensive preoperative examination of the patient in conjunction with the designated hospital, eliminate surgical contraindications and consult some patients to form a basic treatment plan, and submit it to the Fund Management Committee for approval together with the informed consent signed by the patient or the patient's legal guardian.

Step 2 agree

Ran Yantian asked the Fund Management Committee to make a comprehensive evaluation of patients according to the principle of funding and determine the target and amount of funding.

Step 3 publicize

The list of recipients will be publicized in official website, China Red Cross Foundation.

VI. Hospitalization

After receiving a phone call from the office of Ambassador Ran Yantian of China Red Cross Foundation, the patient was taken to a designated hospital.

Seven. special agreement

As Ran Yantian made the fund provide charity surgery for patients, both doctors and patients reached this agreement. Designated hospitals provide patients with free treatment until their condition is relatively stable or they meet the discharge indications. During this period, the designated hospital will make suggestions according to the patients' conditions, and the Yanran Yanran Angel Fund Management Committee will make a final decision.
