What should I pay attention to in ureteroplasty?
1. Don't hold your urine. In normal people, the end of the ureter can resist reflux at the opening of the bladder, that is, urine in the bladder cannot flow back to the bladder against the ureter. After you put the double J tube, it is equivalent to connecting the renal pelvis with the bladder at any time, which means that if you urinate in the bladder for a long time, the urine can return to the kidney along the double J tube, which causes two problems: 1. It is easy to cause urinary system infection. 2. Long-term urine reflux oppresses renal pelvis and affects renal function. Therefore, don't hold your urine during double J tube! If you drink too much water at night, you should consciously get up in the middle of the night to urinate. This doctor should have told you.

2. Drink plenty of water. Drinking more water has many advantages, which can prevent infection, and washing the double J tube with urine can avoid the formation of stones on the wall of the double J tube, so be sure to remember to drink more water, which is good for you.

3. Don't do strenuous activities at the waist. The strenuous exercise of the waist may cause friction between the double J tube and the tissue, leading to bleeding and inflammation.

4. Some hospitals will prescribe some anti-calculus drugs for patients to prevent the formation of double J-tube stones, but personally, drinking water is still very important. You should drink more water, because you sit in school for a long time and have less activities.

The most important thing is to remember that you have double J tubes in your body! Don't think I'm joking, hehe. Generally speaking, the double J-tube can remain in the body for about 3 months at most. Although the instructions for imported pipes say that they can be kept for half a year or longer, the average pipe can be kept for up to 3 months, so be sure to remember to go to the hospital to pull it out or replace it in 3 months. This is no joke. After a long time, some patients will have stones in the double J-tube, which will even attach to the tissue and even be pulled out or broken.

If you have slight dysuria or hematuria during wearing double J-tube, it doesn't matter, just take some anti-inflammatory drugs and drink plenty of water, but remember to go to the hospital for reexamination when the lumbago or hematuria is serious, and don't wait for 3 months:)
