I. Contents: Unsafe nursing incidents occurred in the department in the second quarter:

Department I of Orthopaedics: Patient Liu Fu was admitted to the hospital on April 10, and was diagnosed as intertrochanteric fracture of the right femur. Three days after admission, it was found that the skin of sacrococcygeal region was crushed, the tail was about 2cm, the left buttock was about 4cm, and the right buttock was about 1cm, which was an inflammatory infiltration period.

Hand surgery: The nurse mistakenly took another patient while taking blood for routine blood examination. ICU: The water in the water storage bottle of electric aspirator was not replaced in time and deteriorated. Second, in view of the above unsafe nursing events, the head nurse made cause analysis and preventive measures.

From the analysis of the reasons, there is also a certain responsibility. The patient was admitted to the hospital in the morning and changed his name before leaving work in the afternoon, with the same name and different surnames as the patients in the same ward. The last shift did not give the night nurse a clear handover, which caused a mistake. After the incident, report it in time and organize nurses in the department to discuss it according to the feedback from the nursing department, and formulate improvement measures and submit them to the nursing department.
