6. Go to the State Taxation Bureau or the Local Taxation Bureau to apply for tax reduction or exemption related to the aforementioned real estate, and sign for relevant legal documents and vouchers;
7. Inquire, copy and receive the specific materials and relevant documents of the above-mentioned real estate cases from judicial organs or arbitration institutions.
8. Handle the relevant procedures for the property management, water and electricity, gas, telephone, cable (digital) TV and network changes of the above-mentioned real estate.
9. Go through the formalities of insurance, surrender and premium collection related to the aforesaid property, and sign the relevant documents and vouchers.
10. Entrust others to handle all affairs within the scope of this authorization, and the trustee has the right to handle the entrusted affairs independently.
The client hereby specifically declares that this entrustment is discretionary, and in order to ensure that the trustee can exercise the entrustment rights smoothly, the client will not apply to the developer, bank, housing authority and other departments for handling the relevant formalities of the above-mentioned house and borrowing relevant materials.
The entrustment period of this entrustment is from the date when this entrustment is issued to the date when the above-mentioned property is transferred to a third party and the transferee pays the house transfer fee.
