Corner cutting in stone processing is a common stone processing procedure. Proper corner cutting method can get twice the result with half the effort.
1, multi-slice oblique cutting
It is not difficult to see that many lines are cut at an oblique angle of 45 degrees, and the processing efficiency of this method is obviously many times that of single-chip cutting.
2. Two pieces are cut symmetrically
In this way, a pair of backboards with an included angle of 90 degrees should be made in advance, and the line to be cut should be 90 degrees with the end face along the two sides of the backboard. After the knife is aligned, the corner cutting part should be cut off, and two lines with symmetrical angles can be cut at a time. This method is only suitable for cutting lines with symmetrical angles. If the workbench allows, you can cut 4 or 8 lines at the same time.
3. Cutting angle under special circumstances
This line should be cut at an angle of 45 degrees. When the height and bottom are too large for the blade to cut, we must change the angle cutting method. The new angle cutting method is to put the line horizontally, rotate the workbench at a certain angle, rotate the blade at a certain angle, and adjust the position relationship between the blade and the line before angle cutting.
The process of corner cutting in stone product processing is very common, but it is also very important. The quality of cutting angle directly affects the installation quality of processed products. The cutting angle does not meet the quality requirements, resulting in the inability to install the product or the excessive installation gap, which has a very adverse impact on the site construction and slightly affects the site construction progress. In serious cases, it will lead to the tension between the supplier and the construction party, which is not conducive to the smooth development of the project.
The appellation of angle in construction is different from the concept of "angle" in our daily life. But they are also closely related to each other. The name of angle in geometry refers to the measurement of the amount that must be rotated when either of two intersecting lines overlaps with the other intersecting line. Rotation is carried out around the intersection point on the plane where the two lines are located.
First, the name of the corner in stone processing
1. Yang angle: The convex angle formed by installing two plates or two wires is called Yang angle. See figure 1. Usually, the angle of a square column is a positive angle. 2. Internal angle: After two boards or two lines are installed at tangent angles, the concave angle formed is the internal angle. See figure 2. Usually, the angle formed by adjacent indoor walls is the internal angle.
3. Arc angle: the included angle formed by arc edge and chord length. As shown in figure 3.
4. End face angle: the thickness of the line at a certain angle to the end face of the line.

5. Three-dimensional irregular angle: This is a troublesome angle cutting method in stone processing and a special form of tail cutting angle. As can be seen from Figure 5, the so-called solid angle is a special case of the end angle of the cut line after the bottom surface of the line forms a certain angle with the workbench. Arrange multiple products in parallel, as shown in figure 19. Using this method to cut corners conforms to the principle of optimal processing technology and can greatly improve production efficiency.
5. Shear method
This method can not only improve the efficiency of corner cutting, but also improve the yield of main materials. Pay attention to increase the margin of tool thickness in the length direction when cutting.
Fourth, the cutting angle of mechanical equipment

Five, the quality requirements of cutting angle
1. Error of door cover and cutting angle: 0.5. ;
2. Error of cutting angle of column foot and stigma: 0.5. . When the column foot and the end face of the column head see light, the error is 0;
3. Cutting angle of circular arc plate: 0.5. . When the end face of the circular arc plate sees light, the error is 0;
4. The cutting angle of circular arc plate should be checked against the cutting angle template;
