Manufacturing technology of hot melt adhesive stick
The manufacturing process of hot melt adhesive stick is as follows:

1. Weigh the raw materials according to the formula proportion of the hot melt adhesive stick, add them into the reaction kettle, and stir them evenly after the temperature rises and melts;

2. The molten rubber in the reaction kettle is cooled to a certain temperature, and put into a running extruder, and the extrusion speed of the extruder can be selected according to different kinds of rubber;

3. The extruder squeezes the hot melt adhesive into the water tank through the extrusion hole intercepted on the extrusion head, and the hot melt adhesive solidifies immediately when it meets the cooling water. The glue stick is initially cooled and shaped by the first cooling water tank, and then enters the second cooling water tank by the traction of the tractor, where the glue sample is fully cooled and shaped. The running speed of the glue stick in the water tank is controlled by the extrusion speed of the extruder, so that the traction speed of the tractor is synchronized with the extrusion speed of the extruder;

4. Adjust and control the relationship among extrusion speed, cooling setting speed and traction speed, and cut and package the cooled glue stick into finished products.

Hot melt adhesive stick is a solid adhesive made of ethylene and vinyl acetate polymer as the main raw materials and adding tackifier and other components. It has the characteristics of rapid bonding, high strength, aging resistance, non-toxicity and good thermal stability.
