[How to cut neat cloth? 】
After the fabric is processed and wound, it has to be processed and cut many times. According to the principle of parallelogram, the warp and weft of cloth will shift obliquely, and it is difficult to cut it straight, which will cause the last seam to be twisted. Cutting cloth is a delicate project. In fact, it's not metaphysics that you can master with more practice. It's a technical job. Nice cut. This is a very necessary first step. The fabric needs shaping and ironing to be smooth, and how much is really cut. The first step is to wet the cloth. The specific methods are 1, complete immersion method, 2, steam method. 1, completely soaked means that the cloth is directly put into water, gently rinsed and hung until it is semi-dry (not hand-twisted or spin-dried). Don't use the cloth unless you know its properties. If it is deformed or discolored, it will be difficult. 2. For fabrics that don't understand the attributes, or fabrics that don't need to be pushed out. Spray a layer of water mist evenly on it, then fold it up and put it in a clean plastic bag, and let it stand for 1 and 2 hours. Let the water vapor distribute evenly and make the cloth wet all over. The second step is to arrange the cloth. Spread the wet cloth flat on a clean desktop and observe whether the texture of the cloth is normal. Usually, twill fabrics are slightly twisted. At this time, the fabric will be gently stretched in the diagonal direction of the twill to correct the direction of the fiber. Usually stretched at an oblique angle. If it is a Chaoyang plaid fabric, it is easy to observe the skew direction and stretch it horizontally and vertically in its diagonal direction. The fourth step, ironing qualitative. Spread the finished cloth flat on the table and iron it gently. Be careful not to use force, or it will wrinkle. The fifth step is positioning. Draw a weft or warp from the place where the ironed cloth needs to be cut, and cut it along the track of the drawn yarn, so that it is neat. It takes half an hour to 1 hour in total. The rest of the cloth is neatly folded and can be used directly next time. To cut according to the picture, you must draw lines on the cloth first. You can draw the outline of the pattern with drawing powder different from the color of the cloth, then spread the drawn paper upside down on the cloth, and trace it along the back of the paper with the drawing handwheel, and the drawing powder will be transferred to the cloth. Multi-layer cloth cutting needs to be fixed with bead needles to prevent displacement. Or use a wheel cutter to cut on the cutting pad, and it will be neat. But they all need to be slightly fixed with a bead needle. 1. launching method: when launching the whole cloth, it is best to spread it out and dry it. Of course, it can be folded properly, because it is easy to deform when hanging, especially some fabrics with unstable structure. 2. Steam method: After spraying water, pay attention to the vertical direction of the iron when steam ironing-start ironing from one end of the cloth. The horizontal movement of the cloth will also cause the cloth to deform with the direction of the iron movement. 3. Cutting: This is a common practice. I'm used to putting patterns on cloth and then pressing them on. I will find a seam on the basis of the pattern or cut it directly (I dare not chat when cutting cloth, I may be embarrassed if I am not careful). . . . . Of course, the tailor must cut off the blade and walk forward against the desktop, so that the two layers of cloth will be cut more consistently, and ordinary scissors will not work. . . Should the ironed cloth be cut when it is slightly wet? It should be completely ironed before cutting.
