Use the conditional format, as shown in the figure below, and fill the numbers greater than 15 with green:

Select all worksheets (click on the cell area in the upper left corner and the small box position at the beginning of the above picture);

Start tab, conditional format, new rule.

"use formula to determine the formatted cell", and the formula reads "= $ c1>; 15 ",click Format to set the fill color, and then click OK. It should be noted in this step that the formula is an absolute reference column "$C 1".

The first line in the figure is also filled with color, because in excel, the text is larger than the number, so it is also filled with color. If you don't want to fill the first row, you can delete the conditional format of the first row by selecting the first row, clicking the penultimate clear format in the conditional format drop-down menu above, and then selecting the format of the selected cell.
