After decades of efforts, the original ophthalmology department has now developed into more than ten departments such as myopia, glaucoma, cataract, corneal diseases, fundus diseases, strabismus and amblyopia, optometry and glasses, and it is still being further improved.

The scale and speed of hospital development fully proved Luo Heping's achievements in hospital management. At the same time, it also shows that on the basis of inheriting his father's business, he further carried forward the spirit of continuous progress and innovation in ophthalmology. He was invited to participate in the National Ophthalmology Academic Conference for many times. Luo Heping loves calligraphy and serves as the chairman of Hebei Calligraphy Association.
