Taishun is located in the south of Zhejiang Province, with dense fog and heavy rain, mild climate and unique tea production conditions, and is known as "Yunwu Tea". Taishun has a long history of producing tea and enjoys a high reputation very early. During the Chongzhen period of the Ming Dynasty, its famous tea was exported to Malaysia, Singapore and other international markets. In the 15th year of Jiaqing in Qing Dynasty, the Records of Famous Tea in China was compiled, among which Don Juan and Yinzhen, famous tea in Taishun, were included. In the early days of liberation, Soviet tea experts rated Taishun tea as "full buds, white hair, clear leaves and mellow fragrance", which not only had excellent natural quality, but also had exquisite tea-making technology. The existing tea garden covers an area of 65,000 mu with an annual output of more than 3,000 tons of tea. It is the main producing area of "Lv Wen", one of the three green teas in China. In recent years, a large number of famous teas have emerged. Among the series of famous teas made today, Sanbeixiang, Baihao Yinzhen, Xianyao Yin Wu, Chengtian Xuelong, Baihao Yinzhen, Bai Hao Mushroom, Super Zhenmei and other varieties have become well-received domestic famous teas. Chengtian Xuelong, Sanbeixiang and Bai Hao Mushroom have won many international and domestic famous tea appraisal awards and won the national "green food". Among them, "Chengtian Snow Dragon" won the Famous Tea Award at 199 1 year International Tea Culture Festival, the Silver Award at the First Agricultural Expo in China in 1992, and "Chaomei" won the Gold Award at the 25th World Food Expo. The famous tea "Sanbeixiang" became the special tea for the Great Hall of the People in the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC) and Beijing. Taishun County is one of the 100 tea production and export base counties in China. 1996 was named "China Tea Town" by the state.
Three cups of incense: named after its high fragrance, good taste and long-lasting foam resistance, it belongs to the category of fried green tea. Qingming mining can generally be harvested in spring, summer and autumn. Spring tea is of high quality, autumn tea is in the middle, followed by summer tea. The standard for picking three cups of incense is one bud and two leaves. The production method is basically similar to that of fried green tea, that is, it is made through the processes of deactivating enzymes, rolling, baking powder, secondary frying, canning and shaping. Quality: thin and straight seedlings, uniform size, oily color, lasting fragrance, lingering fragrance after three cups, mellow and sweet taste, clear soup color, tender and even leaves, yellow-green. Cheap and good quality, it is one of the bulk green tea products in Taishun County, with an annual output of more than 5,000 tons, which sells well all over the country.
