How to do double-ring breast reduction?
Double-ring mammaplasty is an operation to remove part of breast tissue after making two incisions at the corresponding surgical site of the breast. The specific operation steps are as follows: ① After local anesthesia at the operation site, disinfect the operation area and surrounding tissues. ② Dermal ring formation: double annular incision of areola skin, removing the epidermis between the two annular incisions. ③ Proper anatomy between skin glands: cut the skin and subcutaneous tissue along the outer ring line, dissect it from subcutaneous and glandular areas to the edge of glands in three directions, and keep the upper glands from dissection. ④ Formation of hemispherical glands: the redundant lower glands are removed, and the remaining glands are rotated into hemispheres and fixed on the fascia of the pectoral muscle, overlapping with the glands and fixed by suture. ⑤ Formation of skin areola: fix the dermis around the areola with glands, remove the redundant skin in the outer ring, sew the cut edge in the dermis with a mattress, cling to the edge of the areola, intermittently sew subcutaneous tissue and skin, and then apply pressure for dressing.
