(3) Double eyelid incision: cut the skin, subcutaneous tissue and orbicularis oculi muscle along the designed double eyelid line, and then remove 1 orbicularis oculi muscle after separation. Suture the skin incision with thin thread and put it directly on the tarsal plate. Each side needs to be stitched with 5 ~ 7 stitches to make the skin incision adhere to the tarsal plate to form double eyelids. This method of cutting double eyelids is suitable for people with loose and swollen upper eyelid skin.
