Laser tattoo removal:
The principle is that the laser is applied to the affected area, and the pigment particles are crushed into tiny particles without causing skin burns, and are gradually discharged from the urinary system through blood circulation. This method does not destroy skin living tissue, leaving no scar after operation, and the effect is good. Treating tattoos is the best choice at present, but it is expensive;
Chemical etching method:
Generally, dilute weak acid solution is used to cause superficial skin burns, so that the pigment falls off with necrotic tissue;
Laser cautery:
It is a method of burning carbonized superficial cortical skin tissue with laser to remove pigment.
Liquid nitrogen freezing method:
Using liquid nitrogen freezing method, the superficial skin tissue is necrotic and exfoliated, thus removing tattoo tissue;
Grinding method:
It removes the surface layer of skin by mechanical method to achieve the purpose of removing its internal pigment;
The above method is characterized by being suitable for removing shallow tattoo patterns. Don't treat it too deeply at a time. If the cleaning is not complete, it can be repeated. Depending on the depth of skin excision, it takes 1 ~ 2 weeks for each recovery, and the interval between treatments is 1 ~ 3 months. The disadvantage is that the skin may be pigmented or depilated after operation. It is difficult to completely remove the deep pigment when removing the scar left when the skin is too deep. ;
Excision suture method and skin grafting method:
For deep tattoo patterns (reaching deep dermis or even subcutaneous tissue), the above methods are difficult to work, and surgery can be considered to remove the full skin of the affected area. If the wound is narrow, it can be sutured directly. Because of certain tension, obvious scars will be left after operation. If the wound is difficult to suture, thin skin (cross-sectional skin grafting) should be taken from other parts of the body, such as the thigh. The disadvantage is that the color and texture of the skin graft area are poor after operation.
